To begin with, it’s not a unicorn.
It looks much like a llama, but there are notable differences.
- It is much stronger than a llama.
- It can be bred for color (and spots or the lack of them.)
- Each clan keeps only llamacorns of its own clan color.
- Spotted llamacorns are driven away and become food for dragons or for people to hunt in times of want.
- Most llamacorns are not magic, but Red Llamacorns are Magic.
- Red Llamacorns have horns on their heads (much like unicorns).
- Their pelts (should anyone be able to obtain one) can protect the wearer from fire, even dragon fire.
- A Red Llamacorn pelt can forcefully repel any weapon (even dragon talons) except a weapon made of wolf bone.
